Frequently Asked Questions
Are ConnectPrep’s assessments really free?
Yes. Every diagnostic and practice test on this page is free, with no payment details required. The free consultation is also free and carries no obligation.
Which free test should my student take first?
High school students deciding between the SAT and ACT should take both diagnostics a week apart and compare results. Students applying to private or boarding schools should take the SSAT vs ISEE diagnostic for their level. Catholic high school applicants should start with the HSPT assessment.
What happens in a free consultation?
A 30 minute strategy call with our team. We learn your student’s goals, timeline and academic profile, review any diagnostic results, and recommend the right test, program and next step. Jeremy Fine or a senior ConnectPrep advisor reaches out within one business day.
Do I need an account to take a diagnostic?
No. Open the test and start. You can request a review of your results through a free consultation.
