My journey into education began with teaching 3rd and 4th graders at Washington University in St. Louis, sparking a family legacy of educational passion. Michael Broderick
Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in education and admissions, including serving as Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at independent and charter schools. As founder of his own college consulting practice, he has supported 500+ families through every stage of the process and visited more than 200 college campuses. He is a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), holds advanced degrees in educational administration and counseling, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at the University of Tennessee. A former NCAA student-athlete, varsity coach, and U.S. Marine Corps and Army Reserve veteran.
Molly H.
Molly graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University with Departmental Honors, and earned a second Magna Cum Laude degree from The Jewish Theological Seminary. With 8+ years of experience, she’s a rare combination of college advisor, academic tutor, and test-prep specialist — guiding families through school selection, essays, and applications while prepping students for the SAT, ACT, ISEE, SHSAT, and SSAT.
